GOAL: Use the Inner Super Power of your Body to take charge of your moods.

ACTION STEP ONE:

  • Choose a Power Pose, and practice that pose for two minutes each day. 
  •  Add an affirmation to this practice to take it to the next level.

ACTION STEP TWO:

  • Pay special attention to your body this week -- how you hold yourself, interact, and show up to others. Anytime you notice your posture “closing-in”, and you’re feeling bad, make a decision to “open up” and initiate the Strong Body’s Program.
