These Terms of Use are between you and A Healed Mind Publishing, LLC, doing business as Jacqui Letran ("we," "us," "our"), 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. They govern your use of jacquiletran.com, shop.jacquiletran.com, and the products, programs, memberships, communities, and services we offer through them. By using our sites, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.
Accounts, memberships, communities, and coaching programs are for adults 18 and older. Some of our books and resources are written for teenagers, and we are glad when teens use them. If you are under 18, please use our sites and make purchases only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Accounts for adult memberships, communities, and coaching programs must be created and held by an adult.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you may have. Please review it when using our sites or purchasing from us.
We sell books, educational resources, self-paced courses, workshops, and programs including Your Home Base, a membership that includes group coaching-style calls and a private community.
Everything we offer is for education, personal development, and support. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention. Nothing we provide diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any medical or mental-health condition in you or your child, and using our products or participating in our programs does not create a clinical, medical, or therapeutic relationship.

Keep your login details private. Your account and paid access are for your individual use unless an offering specifically states otherwise. Do not share your account, login credentials, or paid materials with anyone else. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
Books and physical products. Shipping, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Courses and digital products. Any refund, access, or cancellation terms that apply to a digital product or course will be stated on the applicable sales or checkout page and in any refund policy associated with that offer.
Memberships. Your Home Base and any other recurring membership automatically renew at the billing interval you select until you cancel. Monthly memberships renew monthly, and annual memberships renew annually unless otherwise stated at checkout. The price, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, refund terms, and any applicable rate guarantee are described at checkout and in our Membership Terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. Price changes do not affect completed one-time purchases. If we change the price of an ongoing subscription, we will give any notice required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.
If your membership includes a founding or other guaranteed rate that remains in effect while your membership stays continuously active, we will honor that rate according to the terms stated when you purchased and in the applicable Membership Terms.
Except for content submitted by users, the content on our sites and inside our products and programs, including our writing, recordings, videos, worksheets, graphics, frameworks, course materials, names, logos, and other original materials, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws as applicable.
You may use materials you purchase or access for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly post, upload, or share our paid materials; use them as curriculum in a commercial program; or use them to train an artificial intelligence model without our written permission.
Copyright concerns. If you believe material available through our sites infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright concern." Please identify the work you own, the material you believe infringes it, where the material appears, and how we can contact you. We will review the matter promptly.
If you post content in one of our communities, you keep ownership of your words and other content. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the community and provide the service.
If you voluntarily send us a testimonial, you still own your words. We will not use your name, voice, image, or a recognizable version of your personal story in public marketing without your separate written permission.
Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, infringing, or that violates another person's privacy or rights. Community behavior is also governed by our Community Guidelines.
Teaching portions of some live calls may be recorded so members can watch them later. Member-specific sharing is paused from recording whenever practical. When member questions or discussions are summarized for educational purposes, we take reasonable steps to remove identifying details.
Members may not record, photograph, screenshot, republish, distribute, or share another member's comments, questions, image, voice, or personal contributions outside the community without that member's permission.
Because live group programs involve other participants, we ask everyone to respect the privacy of the group. However, we cannot guarantee that another participant will comply with our rules or maintain the confidentiality of information you voluntarily share. Please use your own judgment about what personal information you choose to disclose.
We may suspend, restrict, or close an account or membership that violates these terms, violates our Community Guidelines, improperly shares paid materials, interferes with other members' participation, or threatens the privacy, safety, or wellbeing of another participant.
Where a violation is serious, particularly where it affects another member's privacy or safety, we may act immediately. Depending on the circumstances and applicable refund terms, termination for a serious violation may occur without a refund for the current billing period.
You may cancel a recurring membership at any time according to the cancellation procedures for that membership. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Our sites, products, programs, and content are provided "as is" and "as available." We work carefully to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not promise that our sites will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
We do not promise or guarantee any particular result or outcome for you, your child, your family, your relationships, your health, your business, or any other area of your life. Your results depend on many factors that are outside our control.
We may occasionally link to websites, resources, services, or content operated by third parties. We do not control those third parties and do not guarantee that their information, products, services, security practices, or privacy practices are accurate, appropriate, or safe.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to our sites, products, programs, memberships, or services will not exceed the total amount you paid us during the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of our sites, products, programs, memberships, or services.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. Where applicable law does not allow a limitation described above, that limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these terms will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida, and we each consent to that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section takes away any consumer protection rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Updated terms apply to your continued use of our sites after they are posted.
If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will provide advance notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law before the change takes effect.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a provision right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us about our sites and what we sell through them, and they replace any earlier terms published for these sites.
You may not transfer your rights under these terms to someone else. We may transfer ours in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization of the business, and your rights under these terms will carry over.
