ACTION STEP ONE:
When you are aware that your Inner Bully is talking to you, stop, take several deep breaths and ask yourself:
ACTION STEP TWO:
Create a plan of how you want to feel and how you want to be.
ACTION STEP THREE:
Each time you have an emotion that you don't want to have, practice neutralizing that emotion and shift yourself into a calm state by using the simple and powerful "Choosing Calm" and "Simple Truth" techniques.
** Remember to write these down in your journal so you can track your progress.
ACTION STEP FOUR:
Finally, create some scenes for your new movie. You can create these using a few sentences or write a longer, more detailed set starring you in this positive light. Replay this movie in your mind at least twice a day. Each time you replay this movie in your mind and feel good about being this new way, you are retraining your Inner Bully to know that it is safe for you to do new things.
