We want Your Home Base and everything we publish, on jacquiletran.com and shop.jacquiletran.com, to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions, and other assistive technologies.

What we are working toward. We aim to make our websites and member materials conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, where reasonably within our control.

Where we are honest with you. We are a small business, and parts of our sites are built on third-party platforms we do not fully control. We know we are not perfect yet, and we are improving things as we go.

What we already do. We provide written summaries with our teaching materials. Live teaching portions are recorded so members can watch at their own pace. Our adult titles are available in large print, and most of our titles are available as audiobooks.

If something does not work for you. Please tell us. We will work with you to address the problem or, when possible, provide another way for you to access the information or service you need. Email [email protected] and tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days.
