These terms apply to Your Home Base and sit alongside our Terms of Use, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Community Guidelines, and Disclaimer.
Access to Your Home Base, including the community and member library, begins as soon as you join and continues while your membership is active. Access terms for bonus courses are stated at the time of purchase.
Your Home Base is parenting education, group coaching-style support, and community. It is not therapy, medical care, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention, and it is not private one-to-one coaching.
Not every question will receive an individual answer. Questions may be answered live, held for a future call, addressed through teaching, or covered in an anonymized follow-up.

Monthly: $97, charged today and on the same date each month until you cancel.
Annual: $970, charged today and on the same date each year until you cancel.
Your membership renews automatically. We will continue charging the payment method on file at your selected billing interval until you cancel. You may update your payment method in your account at any time.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and let you know. If payment cannot be collected, your access may be paused until the payment goes through. If the payment remains unpaid, your membership may end.
Annual members will receive any advance renewal notice required by applicable law.
Founding rates stay locked for as long as your membership remains continuously active.
If your membership lapses for any reason, including a failed payment that is not resolved, and you rejoin later, you will rejoin at the price in effect at that time.
Cancel any time from your account, or email [email protected]. No cancellation fee, no phone call, and no exit survey required.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the membership period you have already paid for. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
When your membership ends, your access to Your Home Base ends with it. That includes the live calls, the private community, the member library, the included courses, and any annual bonus sessions.
Anything you downloaded, saved, or printed while you were a member is yours to keep.
Both monthly and annual memberships include a 14-day guarantee, subject to the terms and eligibility requirements in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Teaching portions of live calls are recorded and made available to members. Member-specific sharing is paused from recording whenever practical, and you will be told at the start of a call before recording begins.
Members agree to keep personal information and member-specific sharing inside the group. You agree not to record, screenshot, republish, or share another member's contribution outside the community without that member's permission.
Your voice, image, or recognizable story will not be used in our public marketing without your separate written permission.
Because this is a group program, we cannot guarantee that another participant will follow these rules. Please use your own judgment about what you choose to share.
Membership is subject to our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend or end a membership that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines.
Serious violations, particularly those involving another member's privacy or safety or the unauthorized sharing of paid materials, may result in immediate removal from the community or termination of membership.
We may adjust the schedule, platform, format, or contents of the library as Your Home Base develops.
We will not reduce the core of what you paid for, which is two live group calls each month with Jacqui, the private community, and the member library, without telling you in advance and giving you the opportunity to cancel.
Occasionally, a scheduled call may need to be moved because of illness, holidays, emergencies, technical issues, or other circumstances. When practical, we will give members advance notice and provide a replacement date.
If we end Your Home Base entirely, we will refund the unused portion of the membership period you have already paid for.
