This policy covers the Your Home Base membership and sits alongside our Membership Terms. Books bought from our store are covered by our separate Returns and Exchanges Policy.
If Your Home Base is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason. Your access ends when the refund is issued.
The guarantee applies to your first payment, whether monthly or annual, and is available once per member.
Monthly members are charged $97 on the day they join and the same date each month after that, until they cancel.
Annual members are charged $970 on the day they join and the same date each year after that, until they cancel.
Founding rates stay locked while your membership remains continuously active.
Cancel any time from your account, or by emailing [email protected]. There is no cancellation fee and no phone call required.
Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date so the next payment does not process.
Once the 14-day guarantee period has passed, payments are not refundable, because your access, the community, and the resource library were available to you throughout the period you paid for.
If a renewal charged at a moment that genuinely does not sit right, write to [email protected] and we will look at it. We would rather sort it out than have you feel stuck.
The 14-day guarantee applies to an annual payment in the same way as a monthly one. After that period, an annual payment is not refunded in part if you cancel mid-year. Your access runs to the end of the year you paid for.
We will retry and let you know. If a payment cannot be collected, access pauses until it goes through.
The included courses and the annual ReStory EFT Deep Dive sessions are part of the membership, not separately purchased items, and are not separately refundable. Access to them runs with your membership and ends when your membership ends, including when a refund is issued under the 14-day guarantee.
